I recommend Sammye Darling as the best dog trainer and a great person. She has trained my son's service dog, Abe. Everyone with no exceptions, including people who previously had dog phobias, loves Abe. He is calm, does not bark, is incredibly smart, avoids any confrontation, can handle any difficult environment with grace, and is incredibly caring. While there is a book of commands that Abe is proficient in it is rare when any of them have to be used. He establishes a much deeper connection and almost always intuitively knows what to do without being told. This kind of dog did not just happen. It is Sammy's kindness, professionalism, and philosophy mixed in with her incredible efforts and love for dogs that resulted in an incredible dog like Abe.
