Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for session appointment cancellations and rescheduling of training sessions. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made via email to sammye@sammyesdogs.com or text message to 832-454-0306 within the valid timeframe. Failure to provide timely cancellation notice, missed appointments, or, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be counted as one used session. Please note that Sammye's Dogs LLC operates as a text/email only business, and cancellation notices via phone calls are not accepted.
